Hassan S. Bazzi

I was born in Lebanon in 1974 and lived most of my life in the capital, Beirut. I completed high school in 1992 then enrolled in the American University of Beirut (AUB) where I received two degrees: B.Sc. in chemistry in 1996 and M.Sc. in organic chemistry in 1998. Then, I moved to Montreal where I joined the Sleiman group at McGill in the summer of 1998 to pursue my PhD degree in synthetic polymer chemistry. I am currently in my 4th year and feeling good…During my studies at AUB and McGill, I was involved in several academic and non-academic activities. My hobbies vary from sports, like swimming and jogging, to reading, movies, PR, and good food!
